What you Need to Know. **READ CAREFULLY**
Vendors will be provided with a covered 6ft long table and 2 chairs
• Booth spaces are assigned and unassigned. Please be respectful of other Vendors and do not take more space than is needed.
• Setup will take place the day before on July 22nd, from 3:00pm-9:00 pm, and the morning of July 23rd, from 6:30 am-8:00 am
• No electricity will be provided. Please keep this in mind when creating your setup design
• Our event will run from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm each day except Friday the 25th
• Breakdown Time: Vendors can begin breakdown Friday at 3:30 pm on July 25th. Absolutely No Early Breakdown unless discussed; doing so will result in no invitation to participate in future events.
• Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.
• Please ensure that your table design does not discriminate or offend any participant at the Summit.
