🛍️ Vendor spaces are limited and competitive. All applications will be reviewed by our team, and you will receive a confirmation email if approved. If your application is not selected, you will receive a notification email and your vendor fee will be fully refunded.

What you Need to Know. **READ CAREFULLY**

Vendors will be provided with a covered 6ft long table and 2 chairs

• Booth spaces are assigned and unassigned. Please be respectful of other Vendors and do not take more space than is needed.

• Setup will take place the day before on July 22th, from 3:00pm-10:00 pm, and the morning of July 23rd, from 6:30 am-8:00 am

• No electricity will be provided. Please keep this in mind when creating your setup design

• Our event will run from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm each day except Friday the 24th

• Breakdown Time: Vendors can begin breakdown Friday at 3:30 pm on July 24th. Absolutely No Early Breakdown unless discussed; doing so will result in no invitation to participate in future events.

• Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.

• Please ensure that your table design does not discriminate or offend any participant at the Summit.

Authors: Those with books, publications, or other creative works focused on maternal mental health, motherhood, women’s health, or wellness are encouraged to apply. This is a platform to share knowledge, raise awareness, and promote healing through storytelling. Merchants: Vendors offering products such as wellness items, self-care tools, health-related products, clothing, accessories, and other goods that contribute to the empowerment, nourishment, and healing of mothers and families. Requirements: Products and services must align with the mission and goals of the Shades of Blue Project and the BMMH Summit. Vendors must provide a brief description of their offerings and how they support the health and well-being of mothers and families.

Commercial Exhibitor Table $2,500.00
