The Contribution Project Interest Form
The Contribution Project empowers young people (ages 14–25 living in the United States) by awarding $400 and support to accepted “Contributors” to pursue a meaningful contribution of their choice—whether in their communities, schools, or neighborhoods.
The Contribution Project is a partnership between the Purpose Commons and the Purpose Science and Innovation Exchange (PSiX), and includes a research study led by Cornell University. Together, we’re exploring an important question: Does making a meaningful contribution increase a young person’s sense of purpose?
The application steps are easy. Youth are asked to:
- Create an account
- Complete a short research consent form (youth under 18 will need a parent or guardian) and survey. Click here to read about the Cornell University-led research.
- Submit a four-question application
If accepted, youth must complete an agreement page and can choose to receive their award through direct deposit, Visa digital, or a physical gift card. We do not ask for a W9.
