This form is for when an owner receives a utility bill that they need DeSantis to process in some way. This could be because the tenant didn't transfer utilities into their name when they were supposed to, because you are required by local municipality to keep the utilities in your name, or for any other reason that you need DeSantis to process payment of a utility bill on your property that we manage.

NOTE: DO NOT fill out this form for a utility bill paid out of your owner account with DeSantis. We will automatically bill tenants for these bills when appropriate. This form is only for bills you receive yourself separately from DeSantis.
