You may register yourself and up to 7 additional people with the registration form. If you want to register more than 8 total attendees from your club please complete an additional registration packet.
The registration fee for this event starts at $145.00 with 4 people to a room. This fee includes lodging, 4 meals, meeting space, conference activities, service project materials, and conference t-shirt.
The registration deadline is Monday, February 3, 2025. A completed registration packet will include the registration and full payment. Full payment must be made by the registration deadline or you will be subject to a $30 late fee and are not guaranteed a conference T-shirt. Registrations placed after February 3, 2025 are not guaranteed. Contact District Administrator Virginia Braswell to check for availability. You must check for availability prior to arrival, if registration was late. You must also call District Administrator Virginia Braswell to make a substitution if a registered member cancels.
Method of payment: We will accept personal/school checks, Credit Card/Apple Pay/Google Pay/CashApp Pay/ACH via online registration, credit cards via the authorization form, and money orders (please do not send cash through the mail). If you need a credit card authorization form please contact District Administrator Virginia Braswell. If registration fee is not paid in full and postmarked by Monday, February 3, 2025, you may be subject to a $30 late fee that will be due upon arrival at the event.
If submitting multiple registrations at one time you should select add member on the registration system and provide the information that is asked. You may then either pay via a Credit Card/Apple Pay/Google Pay/CashApp Pay/ACH online or mail a form of payment. Please include a cover note indicating the fees being paid for each registration enclosed. Make checks payable to the Georgia District of Circle K Conferences and Conventions (GA CKI Con-Con). Mail payment with this completed form to DCON 2025, c/o Virginia Braswell P.O. Box 6618, Macon, GA 31208. All requests concerning tax and vendor forms or payment directly from a school must be made prior to the deadline by contacting District Administartor Virginia Braswell.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing or you will not receive a refund. Cancellations made prior to February 3, 2025 will be refunded in full.
You will be sent a newsletter for the weekend 7 days prior to District Convention.
