Timabakes is based in Barking, East London. We currently have a collection ONLY service.
To make the ordering process run smoothly, please fill out this form with as much information as possible. If there is anything you are confused about, do not hesitate to message us.
We aim to respond to all other forms within 24 - 48 hours. However, please make sure to place your order at least 2-4 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment!
To secure your order, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This must be received within 24 hours after receiving your price quote from us. Failure to do so will mean that your space will no longer be held and will become available to others. The remaining balance must be paid 3 days before the collection date. A reminder will be sent to the contact details in this form, so please make sure that all your contact details are correct.
I do not hold spaces, so please be deposit-ready when making your order.
After the form has been filled out, you will be contacted within 24 hours to discuss your order further. Final orders are confirmed once a deposit has been paid
EMERGENCY ORDERS
We accept last-minute orders if we are available, but this is not guaranteed. Emergency orders will incur an additional £10 fee. This applies to orders made within 10 days or less notice from the collection date. Orders with less than 5 days notice will incur a fee of £15. Orders must be finalised and paid in full at least 3 days before the collection date.
Please note that personalised toppers/photos might not be available for emergency orders; however, we'll try our best to accommodate you!
COLLECTION
Collection dates and times will be discussed further when the deposit is received.
Details of the collection location will be sent 24 hours before your collection date and once the entire balance is received.
