Intermatic E-commerce Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase of Intermatic products. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full refund.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Item is unused and in the same condition as received
- Item is in original packaging and contains all components
- Proof of Purchase is included with return request
To initiate a return request, complete the following information in its entirety. Failure to provide all necessary information may lead to a delay in your refund. Once approved, you will receive a FedEx Prepaid Return Label. Upon return acceptance, the product will be inspected and if eligible, a refund will be issued within 10 days of receipt of product. Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless there has been an error on the part of Intermatic.
