  • Job Description

    The Bharosa Centre Coordinator (Administrator) plays the dual role of managing the centre administration as well as coordinating the centre activities. Key roles included the following:

    Oversee the overall coordination of the support center's activities, ensuring smooth collaboration among different departments and staff members.

    Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, tracking appointments, managing calendars, coordinating client requirements, and maintaining office records.

    Coordinate and support the work of various staff, including psychologists, legal counsellors, counselors, data entry operators, police personnel, medical professionals etc.

    Allocate resources efficiently, including office supplies, equipment, and space, to support the center's operations.

    Facilitating effective communication and information flow.

    Collaborate with external organizations, agencies, and partners to enhance the center's outreach and services.

    Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and training sessions etc. related to rape, sexual assault and POCSO awareness, prevention, and support.
