What volunteer roles are you interested in?

PRE SHOW: Entries Assistant - assist with Maker’s Pavilion competition entries including welcoming competitors upon arrival,assisting in entering competitor information, organising entries into displaycabinet sections and morePRE SHOW: Site Assistant - assist with the building and setting up of events including setting chairs and tables, erecting marquees, yard work and morePRE SHOW: Baker - if you do not have time to come to assist on site, we require slices and loaves of sandwiches prepared for Show Day and the three days leading up to it to feed our volunteer army! If you select this option you will be prepared to provide two trays of slices or one loaf of sandwiches. Delivered by 10am on day allocated.SHOW DAY: Activity assistant – you will be allocated an activity to assist in running – this includes welcoming our guests, providing information and / or guidance to the activity when required, helping with any problems that arise.SHOW DAY: Helpers – Walk around the show, helping anyone with questions, queries or issues they may have. Escalate issues to Show Manager or Volunteer Team Leader as needed.POST SHOW: Pack up crew Post Show – Fast pack up of items post show closurePOST SHOW: Pack up crew Next Day – assist with the breakdown of the Show settings and structuresANY OF THE ABOVE.
