EVENT DETAILS:
The Community Health Expo will take place on Saturday, October 18, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Legacy Ministries Worship Center, located at 825 University Blvd. N. All vendors participating in this outdoor event are required to provide their own tables, chairs, and tents. Additionally, food vendors must supply their own generators, utility equipment, and water. Vendor setup begins promptly at 9:00 AM. A nonrefundable vendor fee of $50 is applicable to both food and non-food participants, with nonprofit organizations being exempt from this fee. Registration and Vendor Fee Payment Deadline: 10/16/25
