  • This the official vendor application for the 6th annual Yeek Fest. Please note, this application does not guarentee a vendor spot. More details will be sent out to the selected vendors closer to the date. 

    The application deadline is the 16th of September, 2024. Eligible applicants who did not receive a space assignment will be placed on a waiting list. Available spaces will be filled from this list.

    Yeek Fest will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024 from 12:00 pm to 8 pm at Welcome All Park.

  • Vendor Requirements

    1. All vendors must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI).
    2. All vendors must have a permit from any municipality in Georgia. 
    3. If a vendor is not properly credentialed the vendor fee is $165, which includes the following: 
      • Permit Fee
      • Administrative Fee 
      • Vendor Fee 
    4. For vendors with a valid permit and COI, the vendor fee is $100.

    Eligible applicants who did not receive a space assignment will be placed on a waiting list. Available spaces will be filled from this list.

     

    Fees

    For all vendors, the fee for a 10x10ft space is $100. Two chairs and a 6’ table will be provided.

     

    Space Assignments, Set-up and Take-down

    Space reservations for vendors are for October 5th only. Spaces will be assigned by the festival committee based upon payment. All spaces are outside and tents will not be provided. All participants can begin set-up on Saturday, October 5th from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.  There will be no setup after 11:30.  Before leaving, please be sure your area is clean and trash-free.

     

    Electricity

    Electricity is NOT available.

     

    Cancellation of Space

    Once chosen for a space, the fee will be non-refundable. No payment will be taken until after vendor is selected. 

     

    Parking

    There is free parking in the Welcome All Natatorium lot after loading and unloading.  After unloading, please move your vehicle to the vendor's parking lot at the natatorium.

     

    Liability

    Yeek Fest and the City of South Fulton will not be held responsible for any stolen or damaged items during or after the event.
