The official hotel of the 2025 District Convention is the Embassy Suites in Denton. Room rates are 169.00 / night plus service fee, and includes a gourmet breakfast buffet for each guest in the room. Lunch Thursday is on your own unless you are a Lt. Gov. or Past Governor. These 2 groups have a private lunch set up during their meetings or training sessions.

Breakfast each day is Free if you are staying at the hotel. Outside guests can purchase a breakfast ticket in line. You will have to show your room key to eat free.

Friday night is a Murder Mystery interactive dinner to celebrate the Denton Kiwanis Children's Clinic 100th year anniversary and you are invited. This event is hosted by the Denton Noon Kiwanis Club. Buy tickets here.

If you decide not to attend the Murder Mystery, there is a restaurant in the hotel and many additional options for dinner around the hotel close by. We will list these options in the convention program which will be handed out at registration.

Again, breakfast Saturday morning is free if you are a guest in the hotel. You can carry your food to the ballroom where we will have the memorial service after the short breakfast. Memorial service starts at 8:30am.

Gary Weiland was a Firefighter in Denton, Texas for 7 years when he experienced a series of very unfortunate events. His leg was amputated just below his knee. Through this experience, Gary has become the Fearless F.A.N.-MAN. It’s an acronym that stands for Firefighter Amputee Ninja. He has his own Superhero suit and travels the country, speaking to all ages and groups of people, about overcoming obstacles and challenges in life and how to Never Give Up no matter what. White Fish will be served for lunch.

Lunch at Cartwright's (cost on your own) at 11:30-ish. Paint Party with wine and soft drinks 1-3 pm $40. Shuttle will leave the hotel at 11:15am to head to lunch. If you purchase a ticket, it will be in your registration packet when you arrive at the hotel.

Come join our first Lady of the Foundation, Ryan Murry for a fun day in Denton. Price: $15 per person. Bus will leave at 10:45am from the hotel.
