2024 Coach Professional Development Scholarship Application

Goals:

Our goal is to make athletes and coaches from communities historically marginalized from our rowing community feel welcomed and supported within the sport they love, to empower qualified coaches to enhance their skill set and facilitate their development as coaches, and to support positive leaders from diverse backgrounds who serve as role models for others.

Eligibility:

Any active USRowing member (current membership required) who is currently coaching in the United States and who represents an underrepresented population -- ethnically, racially or people with disabilities -- is eligible to submit an application. These populations include but are not limited to: American Indian or Alaska Native, Asian, Black or African American, Hispanic or Latino, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander, LGBTQ, or person with a disability.
