Reservation and Agreement Policies
Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking your reservation. Full and final payment must be received by the date specified on your registration. Acceptable payment methods include checks, credit cards, or Paypal. Applicable discounts will be applied at the time the reservation is confirmed. Send your paper payments to Seaglass Jorneys, Inc., 81 North Main Street, Bellingham MA 02019. Policies and rates are set at the time of booking.
Check-In and Check Out
Check-in begins on Sunday and check-out is on Saturday. You will be sent an itinerary prior to your arrival.
Occupancy details
You must be an adult (18 or over) to make a reservation for our retreats. All retreats are non-smoking. In the event of damages or extra cleaning requirements, additional charges may apply. Linens and towels are provided based on the accommodation size of the reservation. Upon arrival, please report any damages, shortage of supplies, or housekeeping issues immediately.
Amenities
We will do everything we can to ensure your accommodation is prepared and ready for your stay. Our mission is to provide you with the cleanest accommodation so that you will become a client for a lifetime. In addition, from time to time, appliances, TV, telephone, internet access, electricity, etc. will vary depending on the venue.
While we cannot refund any monies due to these issues beyond our control, we will respond as quickly as possible to make repairs and restore amenities. Because all properties are individually owned, the amenities are subject to change at any time, without prior notification. Seaglass Journeys, Inc assumes no liability for personal items brought to the event that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
Weather & Emergency Policy
Please be aware of the possible weather and road conditions you may encounter, depending on what time of year you are traveling, as we do not offer refunds due to weather or early departure. Weather in certain regions can be very unpredictable. In case of severe weather that makes travel to our retreat unsafe, Seaglass Journeys, Inc reserves the right to change venues or provide an alternative date to host the retreat. Seaglass Journeys, Inc will not refund payments due to the rescheduling.
Important notice re COVID-19:
Please note any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while attending our retreats. Seaglass Journeys, Inc will make every effort to keep our guests safe including the use of gloves and masks when preparing and serving food and engaging in activities, and frequent sanitizing of surfaces and common areas.
Guests are required to comply with all Federal and local policies with regard to COVID-19. Federal and State guidelines for quarantine and other safety precautions should be adhered to. It is the guests responsibility to check those guidelines before attending any retreat, as guidelines may vary from state to state and by country. Safety Policy
Health and safety is the responsibility of individual guests, including protective clothing, first aid, and obtaining appopriate vaccines (such as tetanus).
Alcohol and Drug Policy
Alcohol consumption is at the discretion of individual guests but should be consumed in moderation and responsibly. Use of non-prescription drugs is not permitted.
