Event Description: Total Body HIIT at Central Station Park
Join us for a Total Body HIIT pop-up class on Sunday, August 18 at 10 AM at Central Station Park. This free community class is designed for all fitness levels and we will focus on full-body workouts using bodyweight and optional resistance bands for added strength (provided).

Accessibility:
The METRO Blue Line drops you off right at the park.
Plenty of parking is available nearby at Carbon 31 Apartments on the park.
