Club Security Rules & Membership Policies

1. You are hereby advised that management retains the right to charge you a minimum $100 for security violations caused by you. Repeated or willful security violations may also result in termination of your membership. misusing or tampering with any emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers, fire alarms, panic alarms or the AED (defibrillator)

2. Your key is for your use only. You may not give or loan it to anyone or allow someone else to use it to gain entrance to the club. $100 fine if this rule is violated.

3. Tailgating (letting someone enter the club with you) is a security violation. Door must close between each member. Each member must use their own key to enter the club.

4. Replace weights and do not slam them. This is to be respectful to gym members and the gym as well. Excessive slamming will not be tolerated. Grunting will not be tolerated. It is your job as a member of the club to keep the gym clean. Clean and put away all equipment after you use it. Initial:

5. Reciprocity is immediate. If you use another AF location more than 60% of the time, your membership will transfer to that location and dues are subject to change. Initial:

6. Guests may only come during CONFIRMED staffed hours (please call ahead) and they must pay $10 a day. Bringing or allowing someone in the club during non-staffed hours is a

security violation on your part.

7. Do not under any circumstances open the door for someone during non-staffed hours, even if you know them. If someone says they lost their key, they should be advised to contact the office during staffed hours. Letting someone in during non-staffed hours is a security violation.

9. Willfully causing any door or panic alarm in the club to be activated or is a security violation. Initial:

10. If your key fob is lost or stolen, you can purchase a replacement key for $29.50

11. You must wear appropriate gym attire. Shoes and shirt are required. If your shoes are muddy or dirty, please change into clean shoes to workout.

12. We have a Club Enhancement Program. The purpose of is to provide improvement in equipment and services offered. Our CEF is $25 once in April or October

13. If you terminate your membership early (within 12 months) you will be responsible to pay back all/any free months or Kickstart that you received.

Early Termination of Membership: Termination of your agreement prior to the expiration date. You will be responsible for any dues within 30 days of cancellation request and $149.00 + tax for early cancellation fee. All funds must be collected in order to process cancellation request. Paid in full options are non- refundable after the 3 day right to cancel.
