  • Networking Happy Hour with Global Washington and WCAPS

    Program Format: In-Person
  • Event Description

Join the World Affairs Council and its Young Professional International Network (YPIN); Global Washington; and Women of Color Advancing Peace, Security, and Conflict Transformation (WCAPS) for an informal networking event and meet others in the Seattle area who are engaged with or interested in a variety of international fields. Students (as long as you're 21+), recent grads, and young professionals are all welcome as well as those with experience serving abroad, engaged in the field, and former career professionals. This is a great chance to meet others who care about Seattle's global platform, build perspective about our work, and inspire (while simultaneously being inspired by) the next generation of global leaders.

    Guidelines:

    • Thank you for registering to let us know you're coming!
    • The posted times are just guidelines for this informal event; it's okay if you arrive late or have to leave a little early.
    • The venue offers coffee, beer, appetizers, and will otherwise charge guests $10 for table space. Your support for our "third place" is appreciated!

Thank you to our co-hosts: Global Washington and WCAPS and special shoutout to our YPIN members!
