Mason Square Supplemental Permit/Access Request Form
- Applicants must have an active Fairfax and SciTech permit (conditions apply, please see below).
- The following permits are not eligible for Mason Square supplemental permit. Users must first upgrade to a Mason Square permit:
  - West Campus Permit
  - Lot M/P Permit
  - Resident Lite Permit
  - Townhouse Permit
  - Adjunct/Non-Student Wage Permits
- Orders are processed and available within 48 hours between Monday - Thursday.
- Credit cards are accepted in the Parking Services Office Only.
- State/University funds cannot be used to purchase validations for current students or employees.
