MWCA *CHRISTMAS* Shop Application

CHRISTMAS 2024 SHOP IS FULL

**Applications received will be considered for 2025 - please apply between June 1 - August 20, 2025.**

We have limited space in our CHRISTMAS SHOP, so we are going through a JURY process for applicants for the Christmas Shop.  As usual, we are looking for high-quality items, handmade by you, affordably priced, suitable for Christmas gift-giving or Christmas decor.  Being in our Christmas Shop is a commitment to keep your stock fresh and updated throughout Nov-Dec (refreshing every couple of weeks at least). 

We ask that the vast majority of the items in the Christmas shop be under $35.  Our best sellers are usually $25 or less.  You can offer a few items that are more expensive.

IF YOU ARE APPROVED

You will be sent a payment link to reserve your spot.  If payment is not received by Sept. 1, your spot will be offered to another artist.

For our 2025 Christmas Shop, please apply between June 1 - August 20, 2025 please, so we can start the approval process.

November and December are our best selling months in the shop!

CHRISTMAS GIFT SHOP 2024
November 1 – December 24

• Our entire gallery is transformed into a Christmas Shop - hundreds of gifts, most under $35.
• There will be a $30 fee per booth - this will cover November and December.
• Set up: October 27 - 31. Shop opens Nov. 1.
• Artists will be juried into this shop as space is limited.
• Artists may share booths. If you want to share a booth, please note that on your application.  Each artist MUST submit their own application.
• Each artist is provided space for a table and a 4'x8' board/backdrop that you can hang artwork from.
• You must provide your own 2'x4' table (this size only) and a white tablecloth.
• Please decorate your booth to make it attractive and festive.
• Artists are required to bring in new items every two weeks as we have repeat shoppers.
