Terms and Conditions
The Parent/Guardian is solely responsible for the safety and wellbeing of their child / children during any function of the pageant.
All decisions made by judges are final. No changes are allowed and judges’ area is off limits to pageant attendees. Points and/or disqualification may result if found hovering over judges and poor sportsmanship behaviors or witnessed by pageant staff. No refund will be given.
Refunds will be returned to contestants in emergency situations with valid documentation. It is at the pageant directors’ discretion to deem a situation an emergency.
Our winners are very special to us therefore; we value and expect positive representation regarding appearances during community events.
Your child image may be used in promotional media including television, website, printed material, and other venues all of our contestants are cherished and make a difference therefore everyone is included.
Child must compete within the age division of contestant age of the day of the pageant; however, we reserve the right to combine age groups where necessary or extend a grace period in extenuating circumstances. Upon registering, parent signature serves to certify age, and the pageant directors reserve the right to request a birth certificate if age is questionable.
The Miss Maury County Fall Fest pageant expects parent to coach children prior to all competitions; however, children six (6) years and under may be coached throughout their routines. Our judges are conditioned to judge your child's performance in an unbiased manner. Please do not speak with the judges unless approached by the judges or an appropriate deemed time.
All contestants are expected to be on time for all events. The pageant will not wait for any late contestant.
We want your child to experience a positive pageant event. Anything that pageant directors and our staff deem being negative or abusive toward any other contestant or child by an accompanying adult attending the contestant will not be tolerated. Examples may include negative/aggressive signals, hand gestures, verbal cues, or rough handling and any other demeaning actions toward a child will result in dismissal and disqualification of contestant and/or party with no refund.
Miss Contestants can not be married or have children.
