All communications are made within the EST timeframe during working hours.

There will be times when Ashley's Design Studio will send out file concepts and finalized projects outside of the normal working hours at the agency, for example, in the evening or late afternoons.

Response timings may vary on emails, inquiry forms, and DMs/DM requests on Instagram during or outside of working hours.
