Rules and Regulations
1. The following one-time non-refundable fees will be collected upon successful enrolment:
a) Registration fee @$5 per student per calendar year
b) Material fee @$10 per subject per calendar year
c) One-month deposit per subject will be collected (which will be used to offset the tuition fees for the last month)
2. One-month notice is required for withdrawal from any of the tuition classes. Otherwise, the deposit shall be forfeited.
3. Tuition fee is required to be paid by the 1st tuition date of each month. The Centre reserves the right to terminate the tuition service for any student deemed to delay payment without a valid reason. Please make a payment only during office hours or designated hours.
4. Students are encouraged to attend classes consistently. As the centre is a charity organization, there will be no refund of tuition fees should any student miss any lesson. Those with financial difficulties may apply for financial assistance.
5. Students are to attend according to the allocated time slot. In the event that the Centre postpones a class due to unforeseen circumstances, the Centre will do its utmost to inform the students of the change in advance and will schedule a make-up class.
6. As and when required, the Centre reserves the right to cancel or alter the timing of the tuition classes and the teaching staff in the midst of the course curriculum. The Centre will do its utmost to inform the students of the change in advance.
7. The Centre reserves the right to instruct a student to leave the tuition programme and the Centre's premises if his/her continued presence will, in the opinion of the Centre be disruptive, damaging or detrimental in general to the well-being of other students and personnel of the Centre.
8. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to fetch their child on time at the end of the lessons. The Centre is not responsible for the safety of the child after the class is dismissed.
9. Parents and guardians shall indemnify the Centre for any loss and/or injury incurred as a result of their children's negligence or willful conduct.
10. The Centre will do its utmost to ensure a safe environment for all pupils. However, we shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, loss of personal possessions or other harm arising from your child's participation in our tuition programme within the Centre's premises.
