Thank you so much for choosing me to capture your precious Senior Portraits!

Selecting a high school senior photographer is an important step. It's not something I take lightly, and I'm excited to begin this journey with you! My committment is to provide an experience that will help prepare and guide you every step of the way. My request from you is to be responsive to my communication, and be ready to have and amazing exerience.

Simply complete this form and select the session type. 50% of the session fee is due now, the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the session date. This fee is non refundable.

Once complete, I will schedule your pre-session consultation, and secure your Senior Session date & Premier Reveal / Ordering session on my calendar. I'm excited to create a custom experience just for you!

AGREEMENT

I understand that at this time, 50% of this non refundable session fee is due to secure my spot on the KEP Senior Experience calendar.

I will not hold Kim Elise Photography liable for any accident or injury that might occur at or during the session.

I understand that any and all digital negatives remain the copyrighted property of Kim Elise Photography and that they may be used for web and/or print advertising, art displays, websites, photography competition or contests, sample albums, or any other purpose without compensation or notification to the contracting party. Unedited negatives, originals, and/or RAW images are not available to clients and permanently remain the copyright by Kim Elise Photography.

I agree that Kim Elise Photography has my permission to submit images of my son/daughter to a national print competition hosted by Senior Year Magazine/Teen Years Magazine/Infinity Photography Magazine, or any other magazine, and understand and agree that these images, if selected, will be published in a national/international print magazine/website.

I understand and agree that in additional to publishing the images, they also have the right to publish model's name and photographer's name in connection with the images as well. Should the images be chosen to appear in the magazine, on the website, blog or in any other medium, that parent, model and/or photographer will not be entitled to any compensation.

I hereby release Kim Elise Photography, Senior Year Magazine, or other related representatives and assignees from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the uses set forth herein, including, without limitation, any and all liability arising out of publishing the images.

I acknowledge that I am the parent or legal guardian of the individual appearing in the images and am in agreement with the releases, consents and covenants contained in this Model Release.

I further acknowledge that I have read this release in it's entirety, and I fully understand that by submitting, I agree to it's contents and meaning.

I am the parent and/or legal guardian of the high school senior. I have read the contract and fully understand the contents thereof. I acknowledge that I have the legal authority to grant permission for my senior to have her portraits taken, and accept all responsibility for such. Virtual signing of this form implies knowledge and consent of the above stated terms and conditions.
I understand that there is a minimum purchase of $750 for the Experience Session and the Essential Session. This will be paid during the session reveal appointment.*

the Essential Session($375 - 50% Deposit) | This is a client favorite session that’s budget friendly with ample time to capture the images you envisioned! This is my most popluar session filled with all the creativity & fun! This senior favorite goes for about 2 hours and 3 wardrobe changes.

the Emerge Session($650 - 50% Deposit) | This is the only all inclusive 30min session for clients who just want a few amazing high quality senior portraits & yearbook photos all in one - Session fee + 5 professional edited digitals. These sessions are limited and only offered certain times of the year.

the Express SessionThe Express Yearbook Headshot Mini - This is as easy as it gets! Offered one day only - SEPTEMBER 15. This is a 15 minute session in studio with image selection immediately after session. This is low-stress and will be over before you know it. Yearbook image sent to you or to school on your behalf.
