• Coaching Enquiry Form

    Please answer the questions below in as much detail as possible to help me understand your goals, your training history and experience and how we can work together to create a plan that works for you. Once the form is submitted I will respond to you within 48 hours at the latest.
  • I will reach out to schedule a free consultation call where we can discuss these topics further, breakdown how coaching would work and allow you time to answer any questions you may have.

    What you can expect from my coaching service:

    • A training plan tailored specifically to your goals and availability, updated regularly to ensure the best results for you. 
    • Technical feedback on lifts via Whatsapp on a 'per session' basis with a minimum 24 hour response time. 
    • Communication through Whatsapp for whatever questions or support you may need. 
    • Weekly check-ins with video feedback reviewing each week's performance both in training and with nutrition and overall lifestyle where appropriate. 
    • Guidance with nutrition and a system that supports building healthy habits for better body composition, competitive weight goals and beyond. 
    • Powerlifting competition day handling (inside Scotland) where possible.
