Chapters may submit their Multiple Release Forms one of two ways.

1) Upload your Multiple Release Forms. Maximum File Size 1 GB.

2) Provide a shareable link to your Multiple Release Forms from a cloud-based platform, ensuring it is set to public view.

You can double-check your links by opening a "Private" (Safari), "InPrivate" (Edge), or "Incognito" (Chrome) window and entering your shared link. If you receive a "You do not have access" or a "Sign-In Required" landing page instead of the document, then the link does not have open access for viewing.
