Acknowledgment and Agreement (Ages 8 and Above)
By signing and submitting this electronic acknowledgment, I affirm my voluntary participation in the Miss American Nation Pageant. I confirm that I am a female contestant, or, if I am under the age of 18, that my parent or legal guardian is completing this acknowledgment on my behalf.
I acknowledge full responsibility for submitting all required entry fees, payments, and materials by the deadlines outlined in the official Information Lookbook and on the Miss American Nation Pageant website at www.anpageants.com. I agree to comply with all rules, policies, procedures, and regulations established by the Miss American Nation Pageant system.
Custom Title Sash Agreement
I understand that requesting and committing to a custom title sash constitutes a financial obligation. I accept full responsibility for the associated custom title entry fee. I acknowledge that custom sashes are ordered only upon agreement by the contestant and/or parent or guardian; therefore, this fee must be paid in full at the time of commitment and is non-refundable.
Sash and Crown Distribution
I acknowledge and understand the following production timelines:
Crowns typically require approximately four (4) weeks for delivery.
Sashes generally require six (6) to nine (9) weeks for processing and delivery.
Custom sashes ordered after May may be available at registration, provided they arrive in time. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Title Acceptance and Financial Responsibility
I understand that acceptance of a title constitutes a commitment to compete in the Miss American Nation Finals. I accept full financial responsibility for all participation-related fees, including but not limited to entry fees, optional competitions, and required materials.
I acknowledge that all fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Liability Release
By participating, I, along with my parent or legal guardian if I am under 18 years of age, hereby release, waive, and hold harmless the Miss American Nation Pageant, its directors, staff, employees, volunteers, affiliates, and event venues from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising from personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property occurring during the pageant weekend or any related activities.
Deadlines and Communication
I certify that all deadlines, including those related to fees, applications, photographs, emcee sheets, optional competitions, and required submissions, must be strictly adhered to.
For contestants under the age of 18, all communications, submissions, and payments must be handled exclusively by a parent or legal guardian.
Agreement Confirmation
By signing and submitting this acknowledgment, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all terms, conditions, rules, and policies set forth by the Miss American Nation Pageant.
