Acknowledgment and Agreement Form
By signing this electronic form, I acknowledge and agree to participate in the Miss American Nation Pageant. I confirm that I, as a contestant, or my legal representative (if I am a minor under 18 years of age), identify as female.
I accept full responsibility for submitting all required entry fees by the deadlines outlined in the Information Lookbook. I also agree to comply with all rules and regulations established by the pageant listed on our official website www.anpageants.com.
Custom Title Sash Agreement:
I acknowledge and understand that by committing to a requested custom title, I am fully responsible for the associated entry fee. I further understand that customized sashes are only ordered as agree by contestant/ parent therefore, this fee must be paid in full upon commitment for this custom sash.
Sash & Crown Distribution
Crowns typically take 4 weeks for delivery.
Sashes usually take 6-9 weeks for processing and delivery.
Custom sashes order after May will be available at registration if it arrive in time.
Understanding
I understand that by accepting the title for which I am applying, I am committing to compete in the Miss American Nation Finals and will assume full responsibility for all associated participation fees. I also understand that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
By participating, I, along with my parents or guardians (if under 18), release the Miss American Nation Pageant, its staff, directors, employees, volunteers, and the event venue from all claims or demands arising from injuries, loss of items, or theft during the pageant weekend or related events.
Additionally, I certify that all deadlines—including those for fees, applications, photos, emcee sheets, and optional entries—must be strictly followed. For contestants under 18, all communications, submissions, and payments will be managed by a parent or guardian.
