Cancellation and Refund Policy

Conference cancellations must be requested in writing and will be subject to the following fees:

Through September 5, 2024............................ 50% cancellation fee

September 6, - September 23, 2024.......................... 80% cancellation fee

No refunds will be given after October 24, 2024
