  • How To Choose Your Trails

  • Deciding whether to drive beginner or intermediate trails in your Bronco will depend on a few factors, including your driving experience, the capabilities of your vehicle, the difficulty level of the trails, and your comfort level with off-roading. Here are some tips to help you make a decision:

    1. Evaluate Your Driving Experience: If you are new to off-roading or have limited experience driving on rough terrain, it is recommended to start with beginner-level trails. These trails are typically less challenging and have fewer obstacles, making them a good choice for beginners to build their off-road driving skills.

    2. Assess Your Bronco's Capabilities: Consider the capabilities of your Bronco, including its ground clearance, tire size, suspension, and 4WD system like GOAT modes and Lockers. Make sure your vehicle is equipped to handle the terrain and obstacles you may encounter on intermediate trails.

    3. Start Slow: If you are unsure about tackling intermediate trails, consider starting with beginner trails to gain experience and confidence. As you become more comfortable with off-roading and your Bronco's capabilities, you can gradually progress to more challenging trails.

    5. Safety First: Always prioritize safety when off-roading. Make sure to have the necessary safety equipment, such as recovery gear, a first aid kit, and communication devices. Drive at a safe speed, wear your seatbelt, and be aware of your surroundings at all times.

    6. Join a Group: If you are new to off-roading, consider joining Kentuckiana Off Road Bronco Meets for guided trail rides. This can provide you with valuable tips, support, and camaraderie as you navigate beginner and intermediate trails in your Bronco.

Remember to always respect the environment, follow trail etiquette, and have fun exploring the great outdoors in your Bronco.

    Tread lightly...
