Not sure about your Plate Number? If you purchased a Community Membership license and General club membership, your plate number is based on your birth month and day. January 1 birthday = "101" October 22 birthday = "022". If you purchased a UCI Race license and Racing club membership, your plate number is the last three digits of your UCI ID on your license. If you earned a plate at Nationals in 2025, or Grands and Provincial Championships in 2025, that is your plate number until a new plate is earned or next season. Questions?
