Thank you for choosing LVLUP-AUS as your new family and pathway for your child's educational needs and sporting career goals.

COST: $17,000 AUD

Late Fee payment if fees are not paid on time (date on invoice) $200 per invoice not paid on time

At present we are not offering scholarships

Term 2: Monday 20 April – Friday 26 June
Term 3: Monday 13 July – Friday 18 September
Term 4: Tuesday 6 October – Friday 11 December

For families interested in joining LVLUP-USA Academy, please note that all Australian Academy fees are fully transferable. There are no additional costs to participate in the U.S. program except your own accommodation. Fees already paid in Australia will be applied directly to your enrolment overseas.

Please list sizes for your tee shirts. Initial uniform is 4x Tshirts (Black & Grey)You can wear any pair of shorts as long as they are black. You will receive a hoodie as well when it gets cooler.
To secure your spot for 2026 you will need to pay $1000 deposit by 1st December 2025. This will come off your full annual fee amount.
We acknowledge that everything provided in this form is true and correct and agree to the terms set out in this re-enrolment form.

We understand that whilst my child is with LVLUP Academy we cannot use another coach or program unless apporved by Trev Ward. If you are found that you are doing this we do have the right to remove you / your child from our Adacemy and Programs.

We understand that my deposit will secure a spot for my child at LVLUP-AUS for 2026 and that it will come off my total fees for the year.

We understand that late fee payment of $200 per invoice will be required to be paid if fees are not paid on time (date on invoice)

Should we pull out of this enrolment at anytime or chose not to go ahead with enroling my child at LVLUP-AUS for any reason, we am aware that 50% of the deposit is non-refundable.
