Local Network Affiliation Agreement
 

This Network Affiliation Agreement is made, by and between the Women’s Council of REALTORS® (“the Council”),  and the Network referenced above.

The parties hereby agree as follows:

 

1. Bylaws and Operating Standards. In order to maintain the Network’s status as a chartered Local Network, the Network must meet and maintain compliance with the Local Network Bylaws and to comply with the Operating Standards set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement (“Operating Standards”) and Exhibit B "Brand Guidelines" links are hereby incorporated for reference.  The Local Network will make available on the documents page of the local network microsite a copy of the most recent version of the Local Network Bylaws. The Council reserves the right to change, in its sole discretion, the Operating Standards, and in the event of any such change, the Council shall notify the Network no less than sixty (60) days prior to the date such new Operating Standards will take effect.

2. Termination. The authority granted by the Council for the Network to operate hereunder shall remain in full force and effect unless and until revoked by the Council or surrendered by the Network in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. See Exhibit C of this Agreement (“Termination and Revocation of Charter”)

3. Privacy Policy. The Network will adhere to Women's Council privacy policy, which states in short that membership lists are proprietary and that networks agree to not share, sell or trade e-mail addresses that go beyond the core purpose of the lists provided by National, which are to be used to communicate Council information directly related to membership.  All parties must consent to the use of AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools prior to usage for in-person and/or online environments.
