The veterinarian and team members of Tender Touch Animal Hospital value our relationship with you and are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to all of our patients. Our promise is to stay at the forefront of medical excellence, patient care, and client services. We would like to take this opportunity to explain our appointment protocol.
When a client either fails to show for an appointment, or changes an appointment on short notice, many things happen:
1) Medical care to your pet is delayed, which in some cases can create complications to their treatment plan and or health.
2) Another patient that is waiting for care cannot be seen.
Appointment times you select are reserved especially for you, however we understand that sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you find it necessary to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24-hours in advance by calling (360) 881–0099. By contacting us in advance, it will allow other clients/patients an opportunity to receive care. We keep a cancellation list for patients waiting to receive care, this allows us to serve more members of our community.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, you must notify our office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a no-show / cancellation fee of $75.00. This fee will be billed directly to you and will not be covered by insurance.
If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24-hours in advance the next time you schedule an appointment, you will be charged a non-refundable deposit of the exam fee. You may use the deposit towards your reserved appointment.
