All written and oral information, including all materials and terms such as the amount of the fees provided by ASTI to me under this Declaration, is deemed "Confidential Information" regardless of whether it was provided before or after the date of this Declaration or how it was provided to me. "Confidential Information" also includes any and all specific and individual information whatsoever which is or may be provided directly to me by ASTI which said information is in any way related to or associated with my attendance at ASTI.

"Confidential Information" further includes and encompasses all data and information whatsoever, and in any form whatsoever, relating to the scholarship award (or any other scholarship funds) provided by and through ASTI to me pursuant to the terms, requirements, and conditions of the ASTI Tuition Assistance Program.

I acknowledge and understand that any unauthorized disclosure of the Confidential Information, in any form whatsoever, whether such disclosure is intentional or accidental, may result in legal or other action against me. Any unauthorized disclosure may ultimately result in termination of the financial assistance and/or could also result in my dismissal from ASTI. Any action taken shall be in the sole discretion of the ASTI Administration in order to protect the integrity and values of ASTI.

جميع المعلومات المكتوبة والشفوية ، بما في ذلك جميع المواد والمصطلحات مثل مبلغ الرسوم التي قدمتها لي اكاديمية الشبكة التقنية بموجب هذا الإعلان ، تعتبر "معلومات سرية" بغض النظر عما إذا تم تقديمها قبل أو بعد تاريخ هذا الإعلان أو كيف تم تقديمه لي ، ان "المعلومات السرية" تتضمن ايضا أيا وكل ما هو محدد و المعلومات الفردية مهما كانت أو التي قدمت اليّ من قبل الاكاديمية وأن المعلومات المذكورة بأي شكل من الأشكال ذات الصلة أو المرتبطة بحضوري في الاكاديمية.

تشمل "المعلومات السرية" كذلك جميع البيانات والمعلومات مهما كانت وبأي شكل من الأشكال تتعلق بالمنحة (أو أي أموال أخرى للمنح الدراسية) التي تقدمها لي الاكاديمية وذلك وفقا للشروط والمتطلبات وشروط برنامج الاكاديمية للمساعدة الدراسية.

انني أفهم بأن أي إفشاء غير مصرح به للمعلومات السرية ، بأي شكل من الأشكال ، سواء كان هذا الإفشاء متعمدا أو عرضيا ، فقد يؤدي إلى اتخاذ إجراء قانوني أو غير ذلك ضدي وأن أي إفشاء غير مصرح به في النهاية قد يؤدي إلى إنهاء  و/أو قد يؤدي أيضا إلى فصلي من الاكاديمية ، وأن أي إجراء يتم اتخاذه سيكون وفقا لتقدير والحرية المطلقة لأدارة الاكاديمية من أجل حماية النزاهة وقيم اكاديمية الشبكة.

If you are an international student, the admission is conditional upon UAE immigration authorities granting the necessary student visa and entry permit. The provision of the program is contingent upon Al Shabaka Technical Institutional Academy, Dubai having received cleared funds from you or your sponsor in respect of the program fees for the program. If any sum payable in respect of the program fees is not paid in cleared funds on or before the due date Al Shabaka Technical Institutional Academy, Dubai reserves the right, to suspend the provision to you and refuse you entry to the programme. The Al Shabaka Technical Institutional Academy is approved by KHDA (Knowledge and Human Development Authority), QAD, TVET, as a education provider to offer credit bearing UK Qualification. Al Shabaka Technical Institutional Academy in Dubai does not award Degrees. Awarding Body that accredits ASTI Academy, like Qualifi UK, awards the UK Credits.

إذا كنت طالبًا دوليًا ، فإن القبول مشروط بمنح سلطات الهجرة الإماراتية ما يلزم تأشيرة طالب وتصريح دخول ،  ان توفير البرنامج يعتمد على أكاديمية الشبكة التقنية بدبي بعد استلامها اموال منك أو من ولي امرك عن رسوم البرنامج للبرنامج.

في حالة عدم دفع أي مبلغ مستحق الدفع فيما يتعلق برسوم البرنامج في أو قبل تاريخ الاستحقاق فان أكاديمية الشبكة التقنية بدبي تحتفظ بحقها في تعليق البرنامج المخصص لك ورفض دخولك فيه ، ان أكاديمية الشبكة التقنية المؤسسية هي معترفة من قبل هيئة المعرفة والتنمية البشرية (KHDA) ومزودي

التعليم كل من NQC ، QAD ، TVET ، OFQUAL لتقديم مؤهلات المملكة المتحدة الحاملة للوحدات الدراسية ، ان أكاديمية الشبكة المؤسسية التقنية في دبي لا تمنح درجات علمية بل الجهة المانحة المعترفة بالاكاديمية الشبكة مثل Qualifi المملكة المتحدة تمنح الوحدات الدراسية للمملكة المتح ة

Visa Application Form along with the dues mentioned in the fee table should be cleared in order for the Academy to apply for the Visa. It is mandatory for every student to place a refundable caution deposit to the Academy. If you are an International Student the caution deposit will be refunded back to you upon cancellation withholding the cancellation charges within 30 days upon acceptance of cancellation by immigration authorities here. There is an internship program organized by ASTI Academy for its students, all dues, not limited to caution deposit or any other dues such as Administration or Academics have to be cleared and the student should obtain a No Due from the Academy in order to obtain an internship opportunity provided by the Academy, and the NOC for the internship will be provided to the student after completion of the first semester. In rear cases, the security deposit can be considered from the paid Tuition or any other fee as these fees are mandatory upon Application. Some cases which will be considered are as Lateral entry where the student could not join the batch on time and has 

skipped the Installments. All International Students are required to submit their flight tickets one week prior to their visit to Dubai. Also, flight tickets should be only booked after you receive the final entry permit from ASTI. The student gives the Academy consent to record the student's interviews, use quotes, images, videos, and also edit and use them on social media platforms. The student agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions mentioned in the Student Handbook and comply with it. Any violation towards any of the Policies and procedures implemented at ASTI, strict Disciplinary action will take place with Warnings and also being expelled from the Academy Once the fees paid will not be refunded, any rear cases of Visa rejections refund will be applicable as per the refund policy.

Issuance of Emirates ID, and also the stamping of the visa on the passport solely depends on the government authorities here. The Academy can update the student on the status yet cannot assure when the students can obtain it. It is usual that the students can receive it within 45 days.

The student accepts all the terms mentioned in the Visa Application Form, Student Undertaking Form, Visa Guideline Form, Student Handbook, Policies & Procedures Handbook and agrees to abide by it at all times. ان نموذج طلب التأشيرة مع المستحقات المذكورة في جدول الرسوم يتوجب سدادها حتى يتسنى للأكاديمية التقدم للحصول على التأشيرة ، ويجب على كل طالب أن يضع مبلغ التأمين قابل للاسترداد لدى الأكاديمية وإذا كنت أحد الطلاب الدوليين سيتم رد مبلغ التأمين إليك عند الإلغاء مع حجز رسوم الإلغاء في غضون 30 يوما من الموافقة على الإلغاء من قبل سلطات الهجرة ، ويوجد هناك برنامج تدريب اختياري تنظمه الآكاديمية لطلابها حيث يجب تسوية جميع المستحقات ، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر مبلغ التأمين أو أي مستحقات أخرى خاصة تتعلق بالقسم الإداري او اكاديمي ويجب على الطالب الحصول على "عدم وجود المستحقات" من الأكاديمية من أجل الحصول على فرصة مساعدة للتدريب وهي اختيارية مقدمة من الأكاديمية ، وسيتم توفير شهادة عدم الممانعة للتدريب الداخلي للطالب بعد الانتهاء من الفصل الدراسي الأول ، في بعض الحالات الخاصة ، يمكن اعتبار مبلغ التأمين من الرسوم الدراسية المدفوعة أو أي رسوم أخرى لأن هذه الرسوم إلزامية عند تقديم الطلب ، وفي بعض الحالات الاخرى سيتم النظر فيها مثل الإدخال الجانبي حيث لا يمكن للطالب الانضمام إلى دفعة الطلاب في الوقت المحدد وتخطي الأقساط ، يتعين على جميع الطلاب

الدوليين تقديم تذاكر الطيران الخاصة بهم قبل أسبوع من زيارتهم إلى دبي وايضا يجب حجز تذاكر الطيران فقط بعد حصولهم على تصريح الدخول النهائي من الاكاديمية  ، يمنح الطالب للأكاديمية موافقتة لتسجيل مقابلاته واستخدام الاقتباسات والصور ومقاطع الفيديو ، وكذلك تحريرها واستخدامها على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي ، ويوافق الطالب على الالتزام بالشروط والأحكام المذكورة في دليل الطالب والامتثال لها. أي انتهاك لأي من السياسات والإجراءات المطبقة في الاكاديمية ، سيتم اتخاذ إجراء تأديبي صارم مع التحذيرات ، كما سيتم طرده من الأكاديمية ، وانه عندما يتم سداد الرسوم لن يتم استرداده ، وفي حالات نادره اذا تم رفض التاشيرة وعليه فانه سيتم استرداد وفقا لـ سياسة الاسترداد.

إصدار الهوية الإماراتية وكذلك ختم التأشيرة على جواز السفر يعتمد فقط على الحكومة السلطات هنا. يمكن للأكاديمية إطلاع الطالب على الوضعية ولكن لا يمكنها التأكيد متى يمكن للطلاب الحصول عليها ، وانه من المعتاد يتمكن الطلاب من استلامها في غضون 45 يوما.

يقبل الطالب جميع الشروط المذكورة في نموذج طلب التأشيرة ، ونموذج تعهد الطالب ، ونموذج إرشادات التأشيرة ، ودليل الطالب ، ودليل السياسات والإجراءات والموافقات للالتزام بها في جميع الأوقات ، لمزيد من المعلومات ، يرجى الرجوع إلى كتيبات سياسات وإجراءات الطلاب الواردة في الموقع الكتروني.

• Students must carefully review all fees and other costs associated with the study program and pay them by the specified deadlines. Failure to comply with this could result in cancellation of admission and/or suspension from the program.

• The cost of travel, transfers, visa, lodging, boarding, airfare, accommodation or any expenses other than tuition fees of the Programme will have to be borne by the student only.

• Upon cancellation of admission, the full tuition fees for the course will be due and payable immediately, and the cancellation will not be processed further until the same is paid. Tuition fees or any other charges paid will not be refunded in case of cancellation. All cancellation charges will be payable and borne by the student.

• If Fees are paid in a currency other than AED, then they are subject to change depending on the exchange rate at the time of payment.

• Your seat for the course and intake has been reserved upon issuance of this application; hence any fees paid are non-refundable upon cancellation for any reason.

• The amount that gets credited into the bank account of the academy shall be the amount considered as received towards the fees. All bank charges, with holding taxes, or any other charges are to be borne by the student. The fees can be remitted into the following Bank account.

• يجب على الطلاب مراجعة جميع الرسوم والتكاليف الأخرى المرتبطة ببرنامج الدراسة بعناية ودفعها قبل المواعيد النهائية المحددة ، قد يؤدي عدم الامتثال لهذا إلى إلغاء القبول و/أو التعليق من البرنامج

• يتحمل الطالب لوحده تكلفة السفر أو النقل أو التأشيرة أو الإقامة أو الصعود إلى الطائرة أو السفر بالطائرة أو آية مصاريف أخرى غير الرسوم الدراسية للبرنامج.

• عند إلغاء القبول ، ستكون الرسوم الدراسية الكاملة للدورة مستحقة وواجبة السداد على الفور ، ولن تتم معالجة الإلغاء أكثر حتى يتم دفع نفس المبلغ ، وفي حالة الإلغاء لن يتم استرداد اية رسوم دراسية أو آية رسوم أخرى مدفوعة ، ويتحمل الطالب سداد جميع رسوم الإلغاء.

• إذا تم دفع الرسوم بعملة أخرى غير الدرهم الإماراتي ، فإنها تخضع للتغيير حسب سعر الصرف في وقت السداد.

• تم حجز مقعدك للدورة والاستيعاب عند صدور هذا الطلب ومن ثم فإن أي رسوم مدفوعة غير قابلة للاسترداد عند الإلغاء لأي سبب من الأسباب.

• يجب أن يكون المبلغ الذي يتم إيداعه في الحساب المصرفي للأكاديمية هو المبلغ الذي يعتبر مستلما تجاه الرسوم ، ويتحمل الطالب جميع الرسوم المصرفية مع ضرائب أو آية رسوم أخرى يمكن تحويل الرسوم إلى الحساب المصرفي التالي

جميع المعلومات والوثائق الداعمة المقدمة مع هذا النموذج صحيحة ودقيقة.

سأبلغ الاكاديمية على الفور إذا اصبحت هناك اي تغيير في أي من المعلومات المقدمة.
