Minnesota Ballet Theatre is currently accepting applications from dancers with strong classical technique for our Company Trainee and Company Apprentice programs for the 2026–27 season. Applicants are invited to submit their information and audition materials for consideration. Video applications are currently being accepted. Selected applicants may be invited to attend an in-person class or audition at Minnesota Ballet Theatre.

I acknowledge that participation in Minnesota Ballet Theatre auditions and related activities involves inherent risks associated with dance training, including, but not limited to, physical injury, illness, and exposure to communicable diseases.

I understand that these risks may result in serious injury, illness, disability, or other consequences and that such risks cannot be completely eliminated.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and certify that I have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation in dance activities. I understand that professional physical contact and corrections may be a necessary part of dance instruction and auditions.

I authorize Minnesota Ballet Theatre to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if deemed necessary and accept responsibility for any related medical, transportation, or treatment expenses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Minnesota Ballet Theatre, Minnesota Ballet School, and their directors, faculty, staff, contractors, and agents from any claims or liabilities arising from my participation, including claims related to injury, illness, property damage, or other loss.

Photo & Video Release
I grant permission for Minnesota Ballet Theatre and Minnesota Ballet School to photograph and/or record me during auditions and related activities for promotional, educational, archival, and informational purposes without compensation.

I understand that all photographs, videos, and other media created by the school remain the property of Minnesota Ballet Theatre and Minnesota Ballet School.
