CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations/rescheduling of scheduled appointment must be made 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance must pay a 35 percent fee of the canceled appontment service total. For appointments scheduled for 3 hours or more, a non refundable deposit maybe be required to reschedule your next appointment.

NO SHOWS

No shows must pay for the missed appointment total, plus a 50 percent Non refundable deposit to reschedule.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please let us know if you are running late! After 20 mins, you may be required to rebook your appointment and will be charged according to the cancellation policy.
