Your appointment in studio will begin with a 15 minute full consultation to refine the plan for service.
I understand that we have a strict 8 hour cancellation policy and if I do cancel my appointment with less than 8 hours notice a fee representing $25 for each service missed will be added to my profile and must be paid before I book another appointment. For example, if you were booked for a cut service and beard service, the cancellation penalty would be $50.
