MINIMUM WINE REQUIREMENTS:

You can show up to 4 wines

Suggested wine amounts

Consumer Tasting: 4 bottles per SKU

Trade Tasting: 6 bottles per SKU

1 Charity Package - Must Contain Wine - Must be shipped in advance of event (no charge to receive)

Each brand may showcase up to four different SKUs, including a white wine, from the same brand.

Wineries may choose to pour different wines for the trade and consumer tastings.

WHY PARTICIPATE?

(A). Trade tasting: We have a dedicated trade team that will be inviting all legitimate accounts. Wine stores, wine retail, hotel buyers, ideal restaurants, country clubs and wine bars. We have the highest standards when it comes to trade involvement and we focus on quality over quantity.

(B). Consumer Tasting: The event will be quality over quantity at every level including food, service, and location.

(C). Data - All participating wineries will be provided with the account information for every trade account that attends.

(D). Wine Sales: We have a wine sales partner - MerchantofWine - you may opt to sell your wine through MOW and agree to sell the store the exact bottles sold at the price quoted. This may require the wine to come direct from the winery depending on your relationship with your distributor. If you selected to sell DTC please provide your own price sheet. A separate form will be coming to you so that we may properly promote your winery and the wines you intend to pour. We can also arrange (for a small fee) for you to ship wine to our warehouse and we will deliver the wine to the event for you.

(E). Social Media Promotion and Partnership: Our partnership with Los Angeles Magazine, Local Wine Events, Tock, Eventbrite and Shopify - as well as our newly expanded team of social media and marketing professionals will make this a showcase event and get brand level marketing, quality of association, and a great ROI for this effort. Together we can make this an amazing return to the marketplace.

We Invite your Winemaker or Winery Owner to join us for our VIP PINOT PANEL TRADE and CONSUMER panels! TRADE begins at 11am with a VIP invite-only trade audience (aiming for 50 guests). VIP Consumer begins at 6pm; a sit down panel with VIP Consumers! We will promote your Brand's attendance and the appearance of your winemaker/owner!

Vintner Table - Trade Tasting Only$1,500.00

Pour wine at a vintner table during the trade tasting You may send up to two participants/reps.

Vintner Table - Consumer Tasting Only$1,000.00

Pour wine at a vintner table during the consumer tasting from 6-9:30pm. You may send up to two participants/reps.

Multi-Brand - Regional Table $2,000.00

Up to 8 SKUs total (up to 8 different producers possible) (ideally for a region, a large importer, a multi-brand option ).

Sommelier Table Option - per SKU$300.00

For this option, you do not need to attend the event. We will hire top talent to represent you at a sommelier table. Send us a case each SKU to pour on your behalf. You will be included in the brochure and in promotional efforts.

Champagne Sponsor $5,000.00

Host "Table One" and get SPONSORED BY CREDITS - the first table at the event and welcome all trade and all consumers. Agree to pour for both the trade and the consumer tastings and not run out of product (one wine or more if you wish) and we will provide layers of additional marketing and coverage. Sponsorship will appear in ads, postcards, and other branding.

If you have issues with your business, and your distribution process is not healthy - this can be a good improvement but we will not fix a broken scenario. We like to set expectations and thrive.
