WARRANTY OF SERVICES
The Tax Boutique KY ensures that our mentorship program delivers top-tier, comprehensive, and practical training for aspiring tax professionals. If you are not satisfied with the program, please notify us, and we will discuss potential solutions. YOU MUST OBTAIN A PTIN ON THE IRS.GOV WEBSITE IT IS A SEPERATE COST OF $19.75.
PAYMENT TERMS
We offer flexible payment options for the mentorship program. An initial deposit of $197 is required, followed by an additional $300 due by December 14, bringing the total cost to $497. Additionally, for each tax return prepared, there is a 70/30 revenue split, with 70% retained by the mentee and 30% allocated to The Tax Boutique KY.
TERM
The contract term begins on the specified date and time and concludes on the agreed date and time. Exact dates will be determined upon signing. Termination of this contract is only valid with a legitimate and documented reason.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All information and content within this agreement are considered strictly confidential. Disclosure to a third party requires written authorization from The Tax Boutique KY.
INDEMNIFICATION
Both The Tax Boutique KY and the client agree to indemnify and hold each other harmless from any claims, expenses, damages, or liabilities that may arise in connection with the services provided.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Kentucky in the United States.
NON-COMPETE CLAUSE
The mentee agrees not to provide tax services independently or establish a competing tax business within a specified area and timeframe, as outlined in a separate agreement, without prior written consent from The Tax Boutique KY.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, resources, and training content provided by The Tax Boutique KY remain the intellectual property of The Tax Boutique KY and are not to be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.
MARKETING
Branded Material Approval
You agree that any marketing or promotional materials, including but not limited to flyers, digital ads, social media posts, and printed merchandise bearing The Tax Boutique KY name or logo, must first be reviewed and approved by the Quality Review Team. This ensures that all materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain the integrity and reputation of The Tax Boutique KY.
2. Quality Standards
All branded materials must meet the high-quality standards set forth by The Tax Boutique KY. This includes ensuring accurate information, proper use of logos, and compliance with visual and written brand standards. Unauthorized or poorly executed material will be subject to immediate removal and corrective action.
3. Brand Representation
As a partner or affiliate representing The Tax Boutique KY, you commit to promoting the brand in a professional and positive manner. Any misuse or misrepresentation of the brand name or logo may lead to termination of your partnership and possible legal action.
4. Modifications
Any alterations or modifications to the approved branded material must be re-submitted for review. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in penalties or suspension from marketing activities associated with The Tax Boutique KY.
5. Marketing Material Distribution
Distribution of branded marketing materials should align with the strategic goals of The Tax Boutique KY and be targeted toward the intended audience. The use of materials for unrelated or unauthorized events is strictly prohibited
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF REVENUE SHARE
The mentee acknowledges and agrees to the 70/30 split for all tax returns completed, with 30% allocated to The Tax Boutique KY.
