Mi Farm Network's foundation is built on the collective voices of farmers and consumers who have shared their desires for direct farm‑to‑consumer connections with us for the last 20 years.

Our mission is to strengthen food security, support sustainable agriculture, and inspire the next generation of growers, while providing healthy, local food options for all.

Connecting Farms with Their Communities
We are establishing Mi Farm Network as a premier platform in America for connecting local farms directly with their communities for direct purchase, with our home state of Michigan as the initial focus for launching new Core Initiatives.

Our efforts center on independently owned farms, homesteads, roadside stands, CSAs, and more that offer their own farm-grown products, along with farmers' markets and farms hosting agricultural events!

As a member, you’ll gain access to and support from Mi Farm Network’s Three Core Initiative Pillars:

1) Initial Core Initiatives
These Initial Core Initiatives give farm members with opportunities to connect directly with consumers through our Interactive Map, interviews, and podcasts. If your farm is ready, we can also help connect you with wholesale buyers, and eventually participate in a virtual farmers' market app.

2) Supportive Core Initiatives
These Supportive Core Initiatives help guide customers to discover and support your farm through media promotion, marketing tools, and community events that highlight Farm Members.

3) Advancement Core Initiatives
These Advancement Core Initiatives strengthen the agricultural community by supporting youth in agriculture, providing emergency help to members, and eventually offering access to equipment resources, and expanding cultural outreach; adding strength and support when members need it most.

Membership Commitment
Our network is member‑supported, and we are committed to keeping membership fees affordable. By bringing together many participating Farm Members, we use 100% of the Membership fees to sustain our Network, fund our Core Initiatives, and create more opportunities to help farms success.

How To Become a Farm Member
1) Choose a payment plan that suits your needs.
2) Fill out the questions below to create your farm profile.
3) Sign and submit to activate your membership.

After we receive your submission, we will email you a confirmation. Within a few days, we will follow up using your preferred method of contact to answer any questions. In the meantime, you’re welcome to reach out to us as well.

We will also help you get set up on the Mi Farm Network website’s exclusive Farm Members page.

Credit card payments to Mi Farm Network are fully handled by Stripe. Mi Farm Network does not have access to any credit card information provided. Privacy and cancelation terms are provided at the bottom of this form.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Privacy and Access to Farm Brand and Information Terms
Mi Farm Network is committed to protecting your privacy. Any information you provide to us will be used exclusively for the purpose of listing and promoting your farm through our Interactive Map, and to support your farm’s visibility within the network.

We will not share, sell, or use your information for any other purpose outside of this scope, unless explicitly stated or required by law. Should our use of your information change, we will notify you in writing and seek your approval before proceeding.

Thank you for your membership and for taking the time to answer these questions. Your input is invaluable to our mission, and we look forward to helping bring consumer attention to your farm's products and services.

Branded Content
Under FTC rules, when Mi Farm Network shares posts about your farm on Facebook, we are required to use Facebook’s "Branded Content" feature. This means the post will tag your farm’s official Facebook page, linking it directly to our post. This helps viewers follow and like your farm easily while making the membership clear and transparent, an important requirement to meet legal standards.

Using this tagging method ensures we follow FTC guidelines on sponsored content and endorsements, protecting both your farm and Mi Farm Network.

Farm Membership Payment and Cancellation Terms
By providing your credit card information, you authorize Stripe ACH to charge your card on behalf of Mi Farm Network for recurring membership payments, either monthly or annually, based on the plan you select at signup.

Payments will continue automatically until you notify Mi Farm Network directly by phone or email with a request to cancel or modify your membership; neither Jotform nor Stripe provide self-serve or automatic cancellation options. Upon receiving your cancellation request, Mi Farm Network will process the cancellation by notifying Stripe via the Stripe Dashboard on the Mi Farm Network account. Stripe will issue a cancellation receipt to you via email, and Mi Farm Network will contact you to confirm you have received it.

If you choose to pay annually by check (made out to Mi Farm Network), Mi Farm Network will contact you each year regarding renewal. The cancellation and refund policies outlined also apply to this payment option.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Monthly Membership: Upon cancellation, your membership remains active through the end of the current billing month. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for any unused time within that billing month.
Annual Membership: Annual payments cover the full membership term. Cancellations do not provide refunds or credits for unused months. Your membership remains active until the end of the paid annual term.

By signing and submitting your information, you acknowledge and agree to these terms as a Mi Farm Network Farm Member.
