Mi Farm Network's foundation is built on the collective voices of farmers and consumers who have shared their desires for direct farm‑to‑consumer connections with us for the last 20 years.

Our mission is to strengthen food security, support sustainable agriculture, and inspire the next generation of growers, while providing healthy, local food options for all.

Connecting Farms with Their Communities
We are establishing Mi Farm Network as a premier platform in America for connecting local farms directly with their communities for direct purchase, with our home state of Michigan as the initial focus for launching new Core Initiatives.

Our efforts focus on independently owned farms, homesteads, roadside stands, and CSAs, and others, that offer their own farm-grown products. We also work with farmers' markets and agritourism farms.

As a member, you’ll gain access to and support from Mi Farm Network’s Three Core Initiative Pillars:

1) Connecting Core Initiative Pillar
The Connecting Pillar give Farm Members opportunities to connect directly with consumers through our Interactive Map, interviews, and podcasts. If your farm is ready, we can also help connect you with wholesale buyers, and eventually participate in a virtual farmers' market app.

2) Supporting Core Initiative Pillar
The Supporting Pillar help guide customers to discover and support your farm through media promotion, marketing tools, and community events that highlight Farm Members.

3) Advancing Core Initiative Pillar
The Advancing Pillar strengthens the agricultural community by supporting youth in agriculture, providing emergency help to members, and eventually offering access to equipment resources, and expanding cultural outreach; adding strength and support when members need it most.

Membership Commitment
Our network is member‑supported, and we are committed to keeping membership fees affordable. By bringing together many participating Farm Members, we use 100% of the Membership fees to sustain our Network, fund our Core Initiatives, and create more opportunities to help farms success.

How To Become a Farm Member
1) Choose a payment plan that suits your needs.
2) Fill out the questions below to create your farm profile.
3) Sign and submit to activate your membership.

After we receive your submission, we will email you a confirmation. Within a few days, we will follow up using your preferred method of contact to answer any questions. In the meantime, you’re welcome to reach out to us as well.

We will also help you get set up on the Mi Farm Network website’s exclusive Farm Members page.

FARM MEMBERSHIP, Payment Methods

Credit card payments to Mi Farm Network are fully handled by Stripe. Mi Farm Network does not have access to any credit card information provided. Privacy and cancelation terms are provided at the bottom of this form.

CREDIT CARD > SEMI-ANNUALYour first semi-annual Farm Membership payment was process as a six month payment on the date of initial submission, and will auto-renew every six months until canceled. To cancel your subscription, please contact Mi Farm Network with a cancellation request at Farms@MiFarmNetwork.com. Payments are non-refundable, and if canceled, membership will remain active through the last month of the paid term. By providing your payment information, you authorized Mi Farm Network to charge your card through Stripe ACH for your semi-annual subscription term.

Mi Farm Network is committed to protecting your privacy. Any information you provide to us will be used exclusively for the purpose of listing and promoting your farm through our Interactive Map, and to support your farm’s visibility within the network.

We will not share, sell, or use your information for any other purpose outside of this scope, unless explicitly stated or required by law. Should our use of your information change, we will notify you in writing and seek your approval before proceeding.
