Your hair is the crown that you never take off. Hair extensions are a luxury, and I only use top of the industry as my standard products; behind my chair. This is the only way to recieve proper results. The initial investment (including hair) is upwards of 1250.00$. Terms + Conditions * This field is required.1. Reservation Policy To secure your appointment with Drew’s Color + Luxury Extension Bar, a non-refundable $50 retainer is required for all new client reservations. This is for all color services/haircut services; a different retainer is listed below for hair extension services. This amount will be applied to the final cost of your service and must be paid at the time of booking. Reservations are only confirmed once the retainer has been received. 2. Hair Extension Installation Retainer For all hair extension installation services, we require a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total service cost, payable upon booking. This secures your appointment time and guarantees that premium hair is reserved exclusively for you. Please note that this retainer will be applied to your total service balance. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens, and adjustments to your schedule may be necessary. However, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Failure to provide this notice will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost, which must be paid before booking any future appointments. 4. Refund Policy Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your service, we offer complimentary adjustments within 7 days of your original appointment. 5. Social Media & Photography Consent At Drew’s Color + Luxury Extension Bar, we take pride in showcasing our artistry. By booking an appointment, you agree to allow us to take before-and-after photos of your service, which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media platforms. If you prefer not to have your photos shared, please inform us prior to your appointment.

Release Of Liability Agreement. * This field is required.By signing this agreement, I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Hair Extensions & Color Services: I understand that hair extension and color services provided by Drew’s Color + Luxury Extension Bar L.L.C. are customized based on my consultation and hair goals. I understand that outcomes may vary based on my hair type, texture, and previous chemical processes. 2. Hair Extension Installation and Maintenance: I acknowledge that hair extensions require proper at-home care and regular maintenance appointments. I understand that improper care, such as using non-recommended products, excessive heat styling, or failure to maintain follow-up appointments, may result in damage to my natural hair and/or extensions. 3. Hair Color Services: I understand that achieving my desired color may take multiple sessions and that outcomes can vary based on the condition of my hair. I acknowledge that previous treatments, hair history, and environmental factors can affect the result. I release Drew’s Color + Luxury Extension Bar L.L.C. from liability if the color outcome is different from my expectations. 4. Potential Risks: I understand that, as with all chemical and extension services, there is the possibility of adverse reactions, such as scalp irritation, allergic reactions, hair breakage, or hair loss. I have informed my stylist of any known allergies or sensitivities. I accept these risks and release Drew’s Color + Luxury Extension Bar L.L.C. from any liability related to these services. 5. Aftercare: I understand the importance of following the recommended aftercare instructions provided by Drew’s Color + Luxury Extension Bar L.L.C. I understand that failure to follow these instructions may result in damage to my extensions or colored hair, for which the salon will not be held responsible. 6. Refund and Adjustment Policy: I acknowledge that Drew’s Color + Luxury Extension Bar L.L.C. offers complimentary adjustments but does not provide refunds for services rendered. I understand that a non-refundable retainer is required for new clients and hair extension installation appointments, and I agree to the cancellation/rescheduling policies in place. 7. Release of Liability: I hereby release and hold harmless Drew’s Color + Luxury Extension Bar L.L.C. and its employees from any claims, damages, or liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to my natural hair, scalp, or extensions. 8. Agreement to Terms: I confirm that I have read and understood the above information. I agree to these terms and accept full responsibility for the results and risks associated with my hair extension and color services.
