The products first arrive in Spain and then we ship to any country in the European Union
GROUP ORDERS (GOs)
- MERCH: It is purchased directly from Weverse or official stores, so all albums and merch are official
- PHOTOCARDS: They are usually bought directly from Bunjang, and Korean sellers. The PCs can have some kind of detail and this happens because Bunjang / The sellers are reselling their PCs, so keep that in mind!
- GOS HAVE THEIR RISKS, In case All Kpop is a victim of fraud, we will refund 30% of the total product. If the photocard turns out to be fake, that photocard will be sent to you
💜BUYING GUIDE
- In this modality the items DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING KOREA - EUROPE (SPAIN), (unless it is mentioned that it does include shipping).
- The shipping cost will be given when our warehouse quotes it, before that DO NOT INSIST!.
- Shipping is by air (the cheapest possible).
- The estimated time of arrival is approximately 20 to 30 days after the shipping quote.
- We have 1 monthly shipment from Korea to Spain (May vary depending on the products we have in Korea)
- We will handle 5 payment installments:
Reservation, Remaining cost, Shipping Korea-Spain, Shipping to your home or country.
- The payments are every 10 days or on the dates mentioned in the post.
- You are asked to be patient and to be attentive to the Masterlist where you can see your payments.
- If the person who separates does not comply with the payments, he will assume the delay of 1€ per unpaid day. Keep in mind that if you do not pay your product is not sent and there is no option for a refund.

- The products in Stock means that they are ready for immediate delivery and is the final price of the product.
💜PAYMENT
- We accepts payment in installments and that's why you can insure your products by paying for your reservation or paying the cost of the item.
- The payment of Shipping Korea to Spain must be paid as soon as you request it, (There will always be a deadline).
- When you pay for shipping and Customs you must send me a screenshot of the receipt.
- If 1 month passes from the date I asked for shipping/customs cost and you do not pay, your products go to Go's availability without the option to claim or refund
