Setup & Parking
Setup begins at 3pm and must be completed by 4:45pm. Vendors are welcome to shop and/or sell once setup is complete.
There are two doors to unload and load. Vendors can park at the doors to unload but must remove vehicles immediately to allow other vendors to unload. Vendors must move their vehicles to the designated vendor parking area as soon as unloading is completed.
Vehicles must be moved from the doors no later than 4:30pm.
Takedown
Vendors can pack up no earlier than 8pm. Vendors cannot move their vehicles to load until their booths are already packed up and ready to load into their vehicle. This avoids congestion at the door. Vendors must be off the premises no later than 930pm.
Farmers' Markets
All Accredited Alberta Farmers Markets must follow the 80/20 rule:
- 80% of vendors must be Albertans selling Alberta products that they. or their immediate family member or staff member have made, baked or grown within
- 20% of the vendors can be out of province vendors and/or resellers.
Vendors approved to be at this market are dependent on a variety of factors such as"
- Availability of space in the marketplace Quality and uniqueness of products (we want a variety of vendors)
- The personal conduct of the Vendor and the presentation of product in the marketplace
