    • Booking invoice will be issued upon receipt of booking request.
    • Registration is confirmed upon receipt of 100% payment. 
    • Actual day walk-in request / change of dietary request (subject to availability) will be charged 10% additional per person.
    • No cancellation will be allowed upon receipt of payment.
    • Any withdrawals will be considered as full cancellations and fees paid will not be refundable.
    • SCAL reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the venue, date and time of the event should there be any unforeseen circumstances.
