THIS APPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED AND PAYMENT MADE IN FULL BY FEBRUARY 15TH OR A $55 LATE FEE WILL BE APPLIED AND YOUR SPACE MAY BE RE-ASSIGNED. PLEASE SUBMIT PAYMENT IN FULL BY CHECK PAYABLE TO "VILLAGE OF MAMARONECK". CHECK MAY BE SUBMITTED BY MAIL OR HAND DELIVERED TO THE VILLAGE OF MAMARONECK HARBOR MASTERS OFFICE AT 1 HARBOR ISLAND PARK, MAMARONECK, NY 10543.

If you do not have a digital copy of your boat registration and cannot obtain one, you may either drop off or mail a copy of the registration to the Harbor Masters Office at 1 Harbor Island Park, Mamaroneck NY 10543.

I certify that the vessel herein described is and will continue to be equipped at all times in accordance with New York State Navigation Laws.

In consideration of granting such service, I hereby release the Village of Mamaroneck of any liability for damage to or loss of theft of my boat or it’s equipment.

NO BOAT OR TRAILER MAY BE LEFT OVERNIGHT AT THE LAUNCHING RAMP OR TRAILER PARKING AREA.

Violation of any of the above regulations will cause the revocation of this permit.
