FESTIVAL VOLUNTEER SCHEDULE:

Volunteers are requested to do minimum of 2.5 hours of work. You will receive a Latin Jazz CD & beverage tickets.

FRIDAY, 10/3/25 - Load In & Set Up for the festival from 5 to 9 pm (Need at least 4 Volunteers Ages 18 & over)

SHIFTS: 10/3 - 5 TO 7:30 PM | 6:30 TO 9 PM

SHIFTS: 10/4 - (DAY OF FESTIVAL) 8 TO 10:30 AM | 10:30 TO 1 PM | 12:30 TO 3 PM | 2:30 TO 5 PM |

4:30 TO 7 PM | 6:30 TO 9 PM | 8:30 TO 11 PM | 10 PM TO 12:30 AM

VOLUNTEER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I agree to have a valid govt. issued photo ID to CHECK IN to my rostered shifts at the Volunteer Station.
I will CHECK IN 15 MINUTES EARLY so I can be informed of particulars of the role and the venue.
I agree to advise the I.L.J.& A. Festival producer BY SEPTEMBER 25, 2025 if my availability changes.
I agree to work under the guidance and supervision of the I.L.J.& A. Festival producer/team.
I will not turn up to a rostered shift under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
As a member of the I.L.J.& A. Festival Volunteer team, I will do my best to provide correct information and a positive attitude to all members of the public I deal with throughout the festival.
I agree to work in a constructive and cooperative way with the I.L.J.& A. Festival producer/team & fellow volunteers, and comply with any safety procedures as requested.
I understand that I am volunteering my services to the I.L.J.& A. Festival and will not receive any remuneration for my services.
