These Lead and Copper sampling requirements require customer participation, as the samples are required to be taken from inside the home at the kitchen tap or bathroom sink.

*** There is one condition to a sample site*** The TCEQ asks that the District does not sample from homes sites that have water softeners or whole house water treatment systems installed. If your residence has a water softener or whole house water filter, your residence is not eligible as a sample site. The district will provide the sample bottles and pick them up from residents when sampling is completed.
