• Build-a-Bear Party Request Form

  • Thank you for requesting a Build-a-Bear party at GSEP Shelly Ridge!

    As the host of the party, please provide all information on this request form. Our Build-a-Bear coordinator will connect with you within three business days to confirm your party details and provide next steps. If you’re looking to add HatBar to your Build-a-Bear Party, you can request both on this form. All guests will do both activities.  

  • Tell us when you'd like to host your party. 

    Dates and start times are listed for available parties only. Our Build-a-Bear coordinator will confirm your party date/time within 3 business days. 

    If the date you are looking for is already booked, please email shop@gsep.org to be added to the waiting list. Give us the date, time and contact information only. If there is a cancellation, we'll let you know via email in a first come, first serve manner. 

     

  • Next we need to know what you want your party to include!

    We recommend a two hour party for 5-10 guests and a three hour party for 11-20 guests.

    All parties include:

    • Guest choice of Girl Scout branded furry friend
    • a Girl Scout vest just for their furry friend
    • the iconic heart ceremony, birth certificate and Make a New friend patch for each guest
    • use of JLow Lounge- decorated for your party!
    • access to games including a pool table and foosball table
    • pizza and water for each guest (including plates and napkins)
    • photo props in our selfie station
    • music station- bring your own playlist or use ours!
    • Build-a-Bear coloring page for each guest and access to crayons
    • and an activity of your choice (see below)

    Hosts can choose some add-on items for each guest as listed below. The number for each add-on should match the number of guests.

                  • This total reflects the total charge for your party including all Furry Friends, Build-a-Bear vests, add-on items and included activities. Our Build-a-Bear coordinator will invoice you for a deposit using the provided email address upon confirmation. That deposit will be the amount listed in Party Time. If your party reservation is cancelled more than one week in advance, this deposit is transferrable/refundable. There will be no refunds for cancellations within one week of your party date. The balance will be due at your party. This total does not include sales tax. All Girl Scout Troop parties are tax exempt and must meet Girl-Adult ratios.

                    Your guests will visit the Build-a-Bear experience one at a time. But don't worry! We have activities for them to enjoy while they wait.

                    All parties have access to the games in JLow Lounge including a pool table, foosball table, and board games. We also have a photo prop station, a Build-a-Bear coloring page for each guest (with access to crayons) and a music station. Of course, you'll also have pizza to enjoy! Additional activities are not included when HatBar is added to a Build-a-Bear party

                    This will help us plan your activities and merchandise. Please add a line for each guest over the minimum of 5.

                    We know that details sometimes change. Our Build-a-Bear coordinator will answer any questions when they confirm your party. 

                  • When you hit Submit below, we will be notified of your reservation request. Our Build-a-Bear coordinator will connect with you by email or phone within three business days to confirm your reservation and arrange your deposit or to alter your reservation request due to scheduling conflicts. Once your party is confirmed, you will recieve some additional information you can share with your guests so they know what to expect on the big day!
