Thank you for your interest in collaborating on a Cinematic Sundays project. We help creatives bring passion projects & creative experiments to life! Project Types: Photography, Videography, Music, Dance, Art installations.

You may submit a concept for review with the form below. Otherwise, you may email it to info@zeal.ky.

 Submission Guidelines:

• Concept Description: A clear and concise summary of your idea, including a brief description of main characters and settings (if applicable), the genre and style, and the main objective or message.
• Format: A text document or presentation (Word, PDF)
• Visual Aids: Any relevant sketches, mood boards, or references (e.g. a pinterest board or youtube videos)
• Personal Bio: Optional: Include a brief personal bio. Mention your background, previous works (if any).

• I acknowledge that I retain ownership of any original works or concepts that I present to Cinematic Sundays (CS). However, the final completed works will be collectively shared by all participants involved. Participants may present the final works in their portfolios with the appropriate credits as highlighted in the collaboration agreement.
  
  
• If my concept is approved for production, I will assume the role of Creative Director unless I delegate this responsibility to another participant. I will work closely with the CS team to develop the concept practically. CS will manage all production logistics, team assembly, and shared collaboration agreements.
  
  
• Cinematic Sundays is dedicated to passion projects and creative experimentation, with no cost to participants. The CS team reserves the right to seek licensing opportunities for the final works. Any profits generated from these efforts will be shared among all participants as per the collaboration agreement.

• I understand that this is a collaborative initiative and that my concept may evolve due to collective input. I am open to feedback and contributions from other participants, which may enhance and refine the original idea. This collaborative process aims to produce a final work that benefits from the diverse perspectives and talents of the entire team.

• Finally, I understand that if I prefer to retain exclusive ownership of the final work and its outcome, I should contact or hire a local creative agency instead.
