The ideal vendors for the 3rd Annual Charleston Wing Fest are companies looking to promote their brand with us via booth space, giveaways, etc.
With that being said, the wing fest is NOT a craft fair, while some small vendors have done well in the past, some have not. Please keep that in mind.
A 10x10 space is $100 for the day until October 1st when the price goes up to $200.
The event date is 11/22 from 11:00-5:00. Rain Date is 11/29.
Vehicle access closes at 10:00 am and you MUST be set up by 10:30. All details will be gone over in emails and meetings at the venue prior to the event. If you use a vendor tent it MUST be weighted down.
Starting in August will reach out via call or text to answer any immediate questions you may have. After that, an invoice will be sent from Prints and Events LLC. Please pay promptly to secure your spot. We only accept 2 of the same type of vendors.
If you need extra space we will do our best to accomodate. More info coming soon with requirements from the City of Hanahan.
Vendors are an important part of our event, we would love to hear any creative ideas you have that we can help to promote your participation in the Charleston Wing Festival.
After 11/1 we cannot issue any refunds. We can hold a spot for you at a future event we produce.
