Please note: The information on this form is for the use of the youth leaders at Club and is not available to any other individual. This means that we will not disclose your e-mail address, mobile number or any other details to another individual without your permission.

A parent/carer will need complete an Activity booking form at the Tha Game Changa to select the days your child will be attending.

Club Sessions run from 10 am until 3pm.

Please note: There are limited Activity Funded places for Duke of Edingburgh and HAF funded programmes for children eligilble for Trafford Free school Meals.

All non funded trips are charged as paid placements, as they exceed four hours and fall outside of the funded time schedule.

Paid places are an Entry fee of £13.00 per day.

By registering your child you agree to them taking part in Club induction. You must also agree to the centre expectations and understand and accept the terms of these procedures.

The centre strives of to offer every child within the community access to facilities. Children who have additional needs are encouraged and included in all activities.
