1. Registration Desk + Set up and take down registration ticketing area + Answer general inquiries + Ticket sales + Video passes sales + Assist registration desk manager with studio competitor packages and numbers
2. USA DANCE and WDO Late Membership Registration Desk
3. Greeters and Ushers: + Welcome guests as they arrive + Assist with seating arrangements + Check tickets at the doors + Provide programs and schedules
4. Set up Crew: + Load truck and unload truck on Friday morning, load truck on Sunday evening + Manage tables, chairs, risers, etc. set-up according daily diagram + Manage, set up, take down ballroom and table decorations + Ensure all equipment as is in assigned place + Set up and take down advertisement banners + Manage vendors' area set up according diagram + Place and take down signage
5. Clean up Crew: + Collect and dispose of trash + Assist with mopping the floors between dance events + Manage ballroom and table cleanliness + Assist with packing up equipment, decorations, etc.
6. Activity and Fun Coordinators: + Create line dancing and other dancing during breaks + Manage participation and entertain guests + Distribute special treats during events
7. Social Media and Marketing: + Capture key moments of the event + Take photos and videos of competitors, attendees, and the venue + Post event results and final marks on Instagram and Facebook + Manage Instagram and Facebook feeds during the event + Encourage guests to participate in social media posting + Create and organize media files + Develop fun and engaging post ideas + Conduct interviews with guests and post them
8. First Aid Attendants: + Provide basic medical assistance + Manage the first aid station + Coordinate with emergency services if needed + Manage the basic medical kit: ice packs, pain relievers, bandages, etc.
9. Runners - Floaters: + Handle miscellaneous tasks + Provide support to dance officials and organizers
10. VIP and General Assistance and Set up: + Set up the closed VIP area + Arrange and take down VIP tables and decorations for Friday and Saturday nights+ Assist VIP guests with any inquiries + Manage VIP special gifts + Set up VIP name tags + Coordinate snacks and beverages, and provide hospitality + Escort sponsors to receive awards
11. Awards Presentation: + Set up and take down the award administration area + Unpack and pack medals and awards + Manage inventory + Prepare the award table with the medals and trophies according to provided results + Assist organizers and judges with the award presentation + Manage photography for each lineup and championship + Coordinate the lineup for each award presentation + Manage gifts and flowers for the winners
12. Adjudicators Designated Area: + Manage snacks and beverages + Maintain cleanliness of the judging area and after party area + Assist with miscellaneous tasks + Assist with after the end of the competition snacks, beverages and etc.
13. Deck Area and Captains: + Manage competitors lineup for each round + Manage and ensure the correct number of couples on the dance floor for each round + Oversee competitors' discipline on the deck + Enforce the "No Parents and Coaches Allowed" policy in the deck area
